How do credits work?
Each generation uses credits based on model settings, duration, quality, and reference inputs, and you can review the estimate before running a job.
What is included in pricing?
Plans cover image generation, including text prompts, reference workflows, HD exports, and listed plan controls.
What is the difference between monthly, yearly, and pay-as-you-go?
Subscriptions renew and refresh credits each cycle, yearly lowers the effective monthly rate, and one-time packs work as flexible top-ups.
Do credits expire?
One-time credit packs are valid for 1 year from purchase, while subscription credits are tied to the active billing cycle.
Do unused subscription credits roll over?
No, subscription credits reset at the start of the next cycle, so they should be used within the current billing period.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel from the Billing page and keep access until the end of the current paid period.
Can I buy extra credits while subscribed?
Yes, one-time packs can be added whenever your workflow needs more image volume.
What happens if a generation fails?
If a generation fails before any output is created, the consumed credits are automatically returned to your balance.
What payment methods are supported?
